Feasibility Study Of Construction Of Underground Garage Of Playground In Middle And Primary Schools In Beijing City

With improvement of living conditions,the contradiction between Beijing vehicl e holdings increasing rapidly and tension of urban land highlights day by day,parking facilities construction is lagging behind,and parking problem has gradually become choke point on urban development.Recently Beijing has increased intensity of parking facilities construction,but it has no avail,public parking facilities and parking space construction seriously lags behind,it makes parking problems more prominent in the central area of city,seriously influences city traffic order and people's qualit y of life.In face of parking problem in the city,especially in the center area of old city in Beijing,the conception that use underground space to relieve urban parking problem gets more attention of relevant departments of Beijing municipal government and society.Underground parking becomes inevitable trend for Beijing future development.Firstly,through analyze underground space,parking,campus planning and other related theories,this paper puts forward the necessity and importance of underground s pace of the primary and middle schools for easing city static traffic;Secondly this paper combines actual situation and development direction of underground space and campus construction in primary and secondary schools field,discusses feasibility of underground space construction for parking,mainly covers policy,engineering technology,operation and management etc… and through investigate existing cases,this paper summarizes opinions and suggestions that use underground space of sports field for parking system construction;thirdly,according to survey data of primary and middle schools in Beijing sixth district,discusses if Beijing city has underground space in primary and middle schools for parking;finally,it puts forward related principles of development planning and design of underground parking conditions for reference for government and related departments.The paper is based on the work of the subject of " The investigation of exploring parking design via utilizing the playground underground space of beijing primary and secondary schools " that Beijing Jiangong Architectural Design and Research Institute commissioned by The Education Committee of Beijing.The innovation of this paper is that combining with research data of primary and middle schools in Beijing sixth district,studies feasibility of underground parking garage construction in primary and middle schools,and according to specific designs of different scale motion field,demonstrates feasibility and rationality of it.
