The machine shop is a form of traditional industrial plant;its function is decided by its own characteristics.The machine shop is usually a steel plant,usually due to internal crane,so much as the single plant,fire rating for class D or E.Electrical design of machine shop in lighting design,power distribution designing,lightning protection grounding and electrical safety as the main content.The designing for the machine shop takes an important part in the safety operation,also affects the entire plant power supply which meet the needs of production and life.In addition to the traditional electrical design combined with the process characteristics of mechanical processing workshop,environmental protection and energy saving electrical safety is the new trend of current processing machinery plant electrical design,also becoming an electrical engineer to work out a new issue in the field of mechanical processing plant electrical design.This paper takes a mechanical processing workshop as an example,leading three parts of the workshop lighting,crane distribution,busbar distribution as a scientific research and.Compared with the old methods,the new designing and researching of intelligent building power distribution monitoring system are proposed to ensure electrical design reasonable and effective,so as to ensure the safety and reliability of the whole factory power supply.Lighting design start with the layout of the buildings in the workshop,according to the layout scheme,light type,calculation method,economic value comparison considering lots of factors.The optimization scheme of intelligent lighting control system is introduced.The crane distribution start with the calculated current and the peak current,selecting different calculation methods,combined with other engineering examples to optimize the power allocation scheme,selecting the sliding contact line.The distribution of busbar type combined with calculation of process equipment,selecting of different calculation methods,using a comprehensive comparison to get a optimal solution.Intelligent building power distribution monitor system is based on analyzing the system to build the models and realize the simulation.Through in-depth analysis of the machining workshop lighting and distribution process,summed up a complete set of design ideas,in order to secure the energy conservation and environmental protection as the primary goal,to guide future work and study.
