With the development of smart grid,the grid distribution automation become the focus of attention.In view of the problem of 10 kV power distribution automation,this paper designed a set of based on intelligent control technology,virtual instrument technology and GPRS wireless communication technology of 10 kV power grid intelligent power distribution automation system.Can carry out the real time monitoring,state grid three-phase high voltage switch remote control automatic cutting,power grid electricity parameters and history data storage and analysis,and other functions.The hardware of the system were consisted of high voltage power grid parameter transmitting acquisition unit,high voltage switch automatic cutting GPRS wireless communication unit,control unit,the temporary deposit yuan of the SD card data communications of function modules.High pressure transmitting power grid parameter acquisition unit mainly includes the choice of main control chip,the voltage and current sampling design,based on electric energy metering and ATT7022 a DSP chip and MCU chip communication between design and other content;High voltage switch automatic cutting control module mainly complete the control of dc pump switch,high voltage switch reversing control and so on work;GPRS wireless communication unit mainly includes selection standards,specific selection,and networking,etc.System software design mainly includes the design of the machine and PC software.The software of singlechip processor system using the IDE development platform,complete the related hardware circuit design functions.PC based on Lab Windows/CVl6.0 development platform for grid data handler for the corresponding design,complete the data processing and analysis work instruction,at the same time of data collection,completed the data storage,display,reports,etc.The development and design of Panjin area 10 kV power distribution automation system compared with the traditional power distribution methods,improve the quality of the power supply,also realized the user experience of rapid ascension.Due to a high degree of automation and integration,can greatly reduce the complexity of management work effectively improves the management level of the power distribution and conforms to panjin area distribution requirements,has a good practicability.At the same time,the design space reserved for further development,can according to actual needs,further expansion of functions.
