Based on large HAGC cylinder performance test method and test system for research,We carried out the following several aspects:We synthesized HAGC cylinder materials of using, manufacturing and testing technology both at domestic and abroad, analyzed the marketing demand and technical characteristic,discussed HAGC cylinder static and dynamic targets of scientific tests to promote theoretical and engineering significance in the industry. We carried out technical characteristics of qualitative or quantitative analysis through the existing test methods of HAGC cylinder, Innovatively put forward using elastic deformation of the frame to simulate actual working conditions with load test method, The method is close to actual working conditions and the results of scientific are reliable.Through the key components of the test system-loading frame established finite element model, We simulated quantitatively from two aspects of statics and dynamics, and part of the simulation results are tested to verify. Simulation and experimental results showed that:load frame is processed into the crescent-shaped in the middle of upper and lower beams,it can improve stress distribution, and the total weight of the frame is small under the same load; under4500t loading,the frame strength can satisfy the requirement of HAGC cylinder static loading test system, frame height (Y) direction is moderate, stretching quantity can reach5.33mm, the frame can generate large deformation displacement, is advantageous to the displacement sensor measurement, friction damping generated by the deformation of the frame is far less than the dynamic friction of HAGC cylinder, frame height direction deformation is the fourth-order vibration mode, its inherent frequency is greater than the HAGC cylinder test frequency range, the displacement deformation of the frame responses faster than the dynamic testing of HAGC cylinder response range under the dynamic load, so the transient process performance of the frame will not impact on HAGC cylinder dynamic test results substantially.The test system servo valve, HAGC cylinders, connecting pipes displacement sensors, servo controllers and other major components have been analyzed.We established all the mathematical simulation model respectively, and formed a digital simulation model to test the control system on the foundation of all models. We selected simulation parameters based on actual working conditions, Using the software to simulate hydraulic position closed-loop control test system and to compare with PID correction results. the stability analysis was carried on based on the open-loop Bode diagram. the velocity analysis was analyzed through the unit step response and closed-loop Bode diagram, and the steady-state error of the system was computed Finally the system accuracy was analyzed. Variable factors such as the servo valve and the connection between the participants hydraulic cylinder pipe stiffness, length, size, elastic modulus, viscosity of hydraulic oil and frame stiffness which impact on the result of the test system had been discussed, the results showed that the stiffness of the pipe, length, diameter have more effects on the dynamic test results, which can reach more than10%of the basic response time, frame stiffness can be reach to4.9%, The variation of oil’s elastic modulus influences1.7%in basic response time, the influence of other factors is small, which can be ignored.Using the related theory knowledge, We developed a test system for large HAGC cylinder static and dynamic performance detection, including the hydraulic system, electrical control system, monitoring program and pictures, sensing system, computer control and the software system. Dynamic loading capacity of the test system could achieve4500t, hydraulic oil source flow10001/min, pressure is31.5MPa, withstand pressure test up to70MPa. The test system could be convenient to complete HAGC cylinder which diameter less than2200mm a full set of static and dynamic targets automatic detection task, such as no-load starting friction, load dynamic friction, load frequency characteristics, load step response the deflection of no-load piston.Based on the theoretical research and test verification, We formulated the technical conditions and test method standard of the servo hydraulic cylinder.
