Vehicle is the necessary traffic tools in the modern travel. As the road is increasingly convenient, the level of the vehicle which people depend on becomes deeper. At the same time, people has higher requirement on the property of the vehicle. For the sake of meeting the requirements of people on vehicle, the expert of developing and producing made many efforts. In this context, a new metal belt type continuouslv variable transmission (CVT) comes into being. It with stepless speed change insteads of the original variable, and the driver experiences more comfortable and convenient.This topic was a project from the Shenyang YueShiDa continuouslv variable transmission Co.Ltd. and the DongFengXiaoKang company, for designning EMCVT F505 model control system. The work which was the introduction of the background, D2P platform, program and some problems and solutions of introduction in this paper, recommended detailedly the all development program, and made the researchers who want to continue in the future more convenient.The job what had done in this paper is as follows:(1) Based on the background of the topic, the basic structure of EMCVT, the transmission principle and the variable speed principle of EMCVT had been studied.(2) The overall structure of the system had been designed. According to the requirements, determined hardware, input and output signal of the pin, the design of the program and the implementation of the function.(3) The control system software including input and output module, CAN communication module, main logic control module, secondary logic control moduleand data calibration module had been designed by Matlab/Simulink and Stateflow and Motohawk development tools.(4) Tested in the laboratory and field of application. Combined with the actual effect to alter the program, and made the function come true.Finally, summary and forecast of this article were provided.
