Surge is a parameter which has an important influence on aircraft engine, as well as a main factor that restrict the engine performance and affect the flight safety. Based on the anti-surge technology of aircraft turbofan and the FADEC technology, consider revising the development and restricting factors of the aircraft turbofan engine surge forecasting technique, the article carried on the experiment of the aircraft turbofan engine surge forecasting technique through relying on the factor of a certain engine type.The article analyzed a various methods of monitoring surge and anti-surge. According to the engine aerothermodynamics process, the article divided the engine into several independent parts, such as air inlet, fans, compressor, combustion chamber, high and low pressure turbine, tail pipe and established the engine’s component-level model. According to the requirement of the research, the article studied on the compressor forecasting technique with the compressor principle, construction and characteristic based on the engine surge characteristics. The article introduced the surge signal’s changing interpretation according to unsteady-stage conditions of compressor and the surge mechanism, and concluded the compressor component characteristic, the methods and the results of obtaining surge edge experiments, analyzed surge forecasting technique method based on surge edge and surge active control technology.As the basis of all of the article, I studied on a certain engine type surge fault, and did a series of surge experiments on a certain turbofan engine type, researched on a certain engine type surge fault, forcing the engine into stall, lead to surge. According to FADEC monitoring data and ground equipment monitoring data, the article analyzed a series of parameters such as temperature between the turbine, pressure change synthetically, identified the key parameters affecting the engine when surge happens, verified the method of the aircraft turbofan engine surge forecasting technique and the major operating mode of anti-surge, surge-quitting, summed up change curve of the parameters of the turbofan engine in the process of real surge test, provided a reference for developing its own search technology of advanced turbofan engine.
