Through the main reason of traffic accident for frequent in recent years, the proposed research topic and significance of this paper are put forward?Based on the analysis of the research method of vehicle ride comfort which founded by the domestic and foreign experts international standard ISO2631/1997 (E) is established as the basis for evaluation of the research finally.The 3D solid modeling of industrial vehicle-Liberation is established with the application of Adams/car,a software of dynamic simulation of mechanical system. And then an analysis of the ride performance is performed under the model of sand and gravel road which the open pit mine used for, the main research object is the vibration of the cab floor and frame. The analysis result indicates that this kind of vehicle can meet the requirements of ride comfort completely in the low speed section, but decreased in the case of high speed and affects the driver's working state, consistent with the actual conditions.And so we put forward to optimize the design of the model in view of this situation.Based on the analysis of the factors affecting the vehicle ride comfort,front suspension stiffness and structure parameters are modified. Results of the simulation analysis of the whole vehicle model after optimization display that:The ride comfort of optimized model of vehicle has been greatly improved in the same driving conditions.The results of this research can be used as a reference of large mining truck in ride comfort design.
