With rapid development of power industry during the 20 th century, thermal power occupied an important position in the power structure. Nowadays, human beings have attached great importance to the environmental protection and energy saving, as thermal power has caused a great practical effect on the environment,power industry has attracted attention of the whole world. Technical staff has taken a great effort to decrease the negative influence caused by the boiler combustion by technical innovation, through developing new boiler and control strategy of boiler combustion the adverse impacts on the environment has been improved significantly,but in a period of time in the future, the environmental situation that human meet will still be serious, and technological innovation has a long way to go.In this paper, the research content mainly for boiler combustion system, design control system depending on the object model of production, makes high intelligent control system to raise the burning efficiency of boilers. Through the analysis of three important boiler circuits: the main steam pressure loop, hearth negative pressure loop, flue gas oxygen content. Indicators shows improving the boiler combustion efficiency by developing the control system of these three aspects is considerable, nowadays the boiler controller design has designed a lot of products,but due to the diversity of the controlled object working state, the diversity of design and the control strategy of the large room to improve.According to the actual production in Heilongjiang province actual situation of the boiler unit in one power plant, This article through to the boiler combustion system modeling to apply boiler main steam generating system of modeling and analysis, combining the theory of fuzzy control and traditional control, design of boiler system of fuzzy controller of the main steam control system, hearth negative pressure control system and control system of flue gas oxygen content analysis for optimization are designed.Due to the complexity of large boiler control system, the control variable coupling is strong, the system response time is long, to solve these difficulties, in thisarticle, through reasonable design of the control strategy and adjust the controller time constant of the system has realized the tracking fitting as far as possible.Work in this paper, by comparing the actual data to correct the boiler combustion system transfer function, set up the precise model of boiler combustion system,design fuzzy controller for the main steam link, link of flue gas oxygen content and the furnace negative pressure link, then make simulation to get ideal results of intelligent controller design. The actual running effect is obtained by field operation test evaluation, boiler system has been basically achieved the design of intelligent controller.
