From "Rural Areas" To "Rural Cities"

The rapid development of the urban economy has left a lot of problems in the development of the traditional urbanization.On of them is that rural economy and society has been totally destroyed because that the rural development has long been ignored.Urbanization development presents a thorough “leaning to one side”.When the resources of the country in most parts of the country are soon be plunder danger,area of north of short for Zhejiang Province nurtured a diverse and vibrant rural types based on its unique environment and regional culture characteristics,and then coordinated development and common prosperity of the city.This paper is divided into five chapters: the first chapter is the introduction part,mainly summarizes the research background and significance,framework and methods,related concepts and basic idea of the paper.The second chapter is the basic theoretical research,through the related theoretical analysis of rural and urban development,the exploration of the laws of the evolution of urban and rural development,and the research of the trend of the international urban and rural development,providing some guidelines for future research.The third chapter is an analysis of area of north of short for Zhejiang Province urban and rural development present situation and the characteristic.First of all research the rural transformation and the development history of the urban and rural development of this area.Then analyze the status overall situation of the economic and social development and the level of integration of urban and rural in this area.Finally,explore the development driving factors of the urban and rural development.The fourth chapter is the cases study of the type of urban and rural development of area of northern Zhejiang Province.Obtain four urban-rural interaction types through rural classification and the research of their characteristics,and then study the cases of the four types,in order to clear the characteristics.In the fifth chapter,put forward the “urban village” model of urban and rural and four types of the model as well after the basic research of the rural and the relationship between urban and rural.And further puts forward the development strategy of "country city",which provides reference for other rural areas.
