| Changes in the evolution of commercial space and society are inextricably linked;and these changes are reflected in many levels.This paper selects Wangfujing Street as objects to study the evolution and development of broad commercial space from the city,population,industrial technology,politics,culture and other human level,then discusses the theoretical target commercial building form,space,and other aspects of design and format trends and future.Combining literature analysis and field survey research techniques,we strive to research the topic thoroughly,by induction,summary and ana lysis.This paper is divided into five parts: the first chapter is to study the background and framework;the second chapter describes the process of domestic and foreign commercial space development;the third chapter reviews the historical development of Beijing Wangfujing Street and the current situation,and in this chapter,we also research the Dong'an market which is located in Wangfujing Street;the fourth chapter tells about the various factors that influence the evolution of commercial space;the fifth chapter is based on previous analysis and summarize it.Combing Wangfujing Street research and the analysis of evolution to commercial space,it leads me to have thoughts on urban development of commercial space.China has a long history,the people o f each region also has a unique consumption habits.The analysis about evolution of C hina's traditional commercial space,enable us to be more intuitive understanding for the law about development of commercial space,and to find driving factors behind the change.These experiences for commercial space design have a great inspiration.Today,the design of modern commercial space is no longer a single form,it should be absorbing and linking with the advantages of all parties',design should be conformed to business innovation,and integrate the cultural habits,finally we can make the most suitable local commercial space for the world. |
