Research Of Reconfigurable Hydraulic Test System

In the hydraulic pressure test,a wide range of hydraulic components and hydraulic system need to be tested and researched.To different functions of hydraulic components and hydraulic systems,the adoption of hydraulic circuit,functional element,control mode,test parameter and so on are different.But the traditional hydraulic test bench is restricted by the loop,or the response frequency of the specific test project or the loop is too low,resulting in its function is limited,and it needs to make a different research target.The results of this paper are expected to reverse this situation.Reconfigurable hydraulic test system is the variable test system that when the measured test functions of the hydraulic experiment project changes,researchers change the whole or partial structure to built new function through reconstituting the system components and equipment,to response the demand of test objects quickly.It,is helpful to improve the utilization rate of equipment,to reduce laboratory space occupancy,to reduce the cost and time involved in experiments and to improve the efficiency of scientific research.Reconfigurable hydraulic test system change the structure style of the hydraulic system.The key technology is studied systematically.This research contents following aspects:The theory of the reconfigurable manufacturing system is analyzed systematically,and reconfigurable hydraulic test system design theory basis of meeting the design requirements of independent axiom according to the theory of reconfigurable system is established.The system will be decomposed into three modules to research and design,namely hydraulic source system,test circuit system and hydraulic actuators.In circuit system,reconfigurable node circuit connection block,component connection block and public connection blocks were researched and designed,through the combination,replacement,addition and remove of three kinds of connection blocks,which can reconstruct different oi connectionl logical and hydraulic control functions of test loop system.In the hydraulic source system,the research and design of reconfigurable function of the hydraulic system structure were completed.Oil supply mode can be reconstituted through switching open-close status of globe valves on space lines,in order to meet the different experiment projects to output characteristics and the needs of the control strategy.In hydraulic actuator,bedstand racks that can meet the demand of different specifications of the components of install and use,and the combination of the complex system use were researched and designed.In addition,in the three types of modules are preset the possible use of the relevant sensors and a wealth of installation,connection interface.Finally,validity and feasibility were verified through constructing the test and experiment functions of hydraulic test for specific projects.
