The frequency and amplitude are the two important technical parameters of the hydraulic vibration testbed, and stand for the performance grade of vibration testbed, and high frequency hydraulic vibration testbed has been researching all the time. When servo valve is selected, the upper limit frequency of hydraulic vibration testbed is to determine with it. The using hydraulic vibration testbed is supplied by fixed displacement pump, it is inputted by sine wave, and flow is changing rather than constant value. Servo valve has been selected, system flow is the main factor of impacting the actual limit vibration frequency and amplitude. Because of lacking flow in the instantaneous peak, there is bad working conditions in the response of amplitude and frequency. How to use the existing technologies to improve the response of hydraulic vibration testbed, there is importantly practical and theoretical significance.Firstly, the paper carry on the static design and the system dynamic response analysis of the hydraulic vibration testbed. Analyze and determine the technical parameters of the main components, on this basis, we emphasizingly design the limit function curve. Focus on analyzing the relations of the inputted signal frequency, amplitude and changing volume. Through the analysis of the dynamic response, we can see the limitations on the response that caused by inadequate flow.Secondly, research on how to improve the response of the hydraulic vibration testbed. For inadequate instantaneous flow, we use accumulators as auxiliary oil source. Optimizingly design and select the parameters of the accumulators. When the hydraulic vibration testbed needs for large flow oil, the accumulators can be able to release the storaged oil to meet the peak flow, thus this can improve the performance levels of the vibration testbed. Finally, through the simulation of AMESim and experimental analysis, compare with the response of hydraulic vibration testbed with accumulators and without accumulators. The results show that the hydraulic vibration testbed with accumulators can well improve the response than without accumulators, and at the same time it can save energy.
