Research On High Voltage Signal Generator And Its Application

With the rapid development of China's economy,power demands also show a diversity,which also power systems in the power equipment put forward higher standards and higher requirements.Especially in urban construction,power equipment gradually to the integration,small size and intelligent direction.Therefore,this paper designs a small,portable and intelligent high voltage signal generator for the low efficiency,bulky and bulky problem of traditional high voltage signal generator in power system.In this paper,the optimization of the structure of the circuit system of the high-voltage signal generator is carried out.Firstly,the working principle,advantages and disadvantages of the rectifier circuit,the Boost boost circuit,the inverter circuit and the voltage doubler rectifier circuit are analyzed,and the content and requirements hardware parameters.Then,the method of theoretical analysis and circuit simulation experiment is adopted,and the ideal circuit structure and circuit parameters are optimized by multi-scheme comparison.In order to improve the system load capacity and voltage stability as the control target,the hardware configuration design,detection and control method of the control system are studied.Here,based the the technical data and performance requirements of high voltage signal generator: input AC voltage 220V/50 HZ,output high voltage DC voltage30KV/40 mA,efficiency,high frequency transformer working frequency 10 KHZ,DC voltage ripple,load voltage drop,allow 23.76 KV ~ 48 KV range voltage regulation technology,etc.the main circuit and digital control system of the high voltage signal generator are designed and the effective of the designing results is verified by experimental tests.
