The Research On Black Start Of Woniushi Wind Storage System

Power system black start study is about the issue how to restore the system safely and quickly after the large-scale blackout.Traditional black start power source are mainly composed of hydropower unit,but it have the regional restriction.This paper studies the wind storage system as the black start source,not only increase the efficiency of wind power resources itself,at the same time,make up for the deficiency of the northern black start power supply,and improve the region grid black-start capability.This article use the Woniushi wind storage system as the object of study,focusing on the following:study the theory and model of vanadium flow battery;study the charging and discharging of the battery inverter model;study the black start scheme of the wind storage system and analyze the related issues in the process of black start.This article is mainly based on the PSCAD simulation software to establishing and simulating.Through the analysis of black start condition and the calibration parameters of the simulation in the process black-start,finally draws the conditions of wind storage system can be used as the black start power supply.
