Research And Application On Smart Substation Information Integration Platform

The information integration platform of smart substation plays an important role in development of smart grid. That can solve the island information effectively. Island information is a phenomenon caused by transmitting information failed in the system. After comparing difference between smart substation and traditional one, analyzing the intelligent substation architecture and describing related knowledge of IEC61850 standard, this paper determines the technical characteristics and function of the intelligent substation information integration platform. Types and attribute of data in information integration platform of smart substation are decided base on fully researching the power system management departments of information demand in substation. This paper propose a configuration of security function of underlying data. The overall frame structure of monitoring system for equipment. The principle of data forwarding is showed and the distribution of data collection monitoring point is list a detail. After studying the technical specification of data channel from iner-station to master station in the information integration platform of smart substation, this paper proposes a rule template of data that is from substation collection model, describes the base of data identification method selected and confirms the data interface and the information communication between the information platform and system in substation. Then the sharing mode is formed with the characteristic that data fusion processing inside substation,information of main station transmitting and business information system uploading.This paper proposes a novel structure of hardware and software about the information integration platform of smart substation. Make the physical achieved that the station devices which placed on the second district in substation obtain the data server across forward and reverse isolation device or the firewall of the one or two district. Make the physical achieved that the main station which placed at three district in substation pass the information that got from the station device through the data communication network management machine to other management department. Finally the information integration platform with two layer structure is constructed.
