Electronic throttle control system includes: accelerator pedal,ECU and throttle that three parts,in which the electronic accelerator pedal to accelerate as the driving behavior of the initiating device,its electrical properties will directly determine the car's controlling responsiveness,driving safety,passenger comfort and so on,so it is able to make the driver's intention transmitted to the car quickly and accurately or not that becomes critical.At present,the domestic electronic accelerator pedal is taken overall measuring method under all the operational model,that is difficult to find out local quality problems in unqualified pedals,in the detection process,manufacturers can not be effectively combined with the actual operation of the driver situation in pursuit of efficiency,making detection of single speed condition is not able to reflect the quality of the actual use of the accelerator pedal.Firstly,the research results at home and abroad and working theories of electronic throttle control system are described in detail and analysis,combined with performance indicators specified in the national standard document,and to develop the solution that use a variety of operating speeds instead of the conventional single operation speed.Secondly,in the hardware part,the selection of the Hall electron accelerator pedal and rotary optical encoder as research subjects,the host computer as a data processing machine,NI PCI6221 data acquisition card as a signal transmission carrier to set up a detection system with real-time data acquisition,transmission,temporary storage,analysis and some other functions;in the software part,the usage of NI MAX and LabVIEW 8.5 is selected as a PC development environment,NI MAX is NI software configuration management,it can identify and detect NI hardware,and to collect data and automatically import LabVIEW,LabVIEW then analyze the data and then,staging,and then analyze and process again,until all the pedal performance results under stampede and retractable that two kinds of operational models are fully tested.The detection system can be used to test all the electrical performance integrallty that is required by national standard documatation under the stampede and retractable that two kinds of operating models,the test results also reflect the problem that the pedal is operated faster,the accuracy of the control problems is lower,meanwhile,I found the rule that operating speed affects the control quality,these testing results provide an important theoretical basis for the production and detection of electronic accelerator pedal.
