In recent years,with the continuous improvement of people's living standard,the scale of central heating is increasing,and the problem of energy waste caused by central heating is becoming more and more serious.Therefore,people more and more hope that the central heating system can take advantage of the modern science and technology in ensuring the premise of quality heating to maximize energy saving.However,the existing central heating system still exists the uneven heating,low efficiency,waste of energy and other heating problems.How to solve these problems to make the central heating system run under the conditions of high efficiency and energy saving has become the main direction of the central heating system at the present stage in China.In the paper,according to the characteristic of long distance for the heat-exchanging station and the control center,the GPRS wireless communication technology is used for data transmission.And for the purpose of high quality heating and energy saving,energy saving technologies in the central heating system are researched.In the paper,the problems in the data transmission of the existing heat-exchanging station monitoring system are analyzed,and then the problems of low data transfer rate and data packet loss in the network communication are revealed.To solve these problems,the paper studies the application of IOCP technology,and blends the data transmission method of multiple CPU and multi-thread in the system transmission structure,and then designs and implements a high performance server of the heat-exchanging station monitoring system to improve the efficiency of data transmission,to achieve the purpose of further reducing the packet loss.Based on the analysis of the heat-exchanging station equipment fault reasons,according to the problems of invalid heating of the heat-exchanging station and energy wasting caused by the timeliness or inaccuracy of equipment failure troubleshooting,a heat-exchanging station fault diagnosis system is proposed to be established in the central heating system.The system can timely show staff of the alarm information of each heat-exchanging station,so staff can view the corresponding alarm causes and the corresponding solutions according to the alarm information,so as to improve the efficiency of solving the problems of fault.In order to improve the heating quality and service better for the heat users,in the paper,the buildings are divided into two types of residential building and public building according to the different use functions of buildings.Different types of buildings have the different thermal characteristics,and the thermal characteristics of the same type of buildings in different time are also different.According to the thermal characteristics of buildings,the paper presents the control strategy of heat-exchanging station packet segmentation,and combines with the meteorological data variation and holidays to design the packet segmentation on the heat-exchanging station,to make the heat-exchanging station operateaccording to the control curve of the service orchestration,to achieve the goal of on-demand heating and high quality heating.
