Presently, in Beijing, most of the buildings are built in the1970s and1980s withthe low efficiency, and the old pipe network is serving overtime with serious corrosion,which reasons are resulting in the lower heating transformation efficiency. Therefore,it is necessary and meaningful to build up the effective, energy-saving andenvironmental heating reconstruction system to the old central heating system.This dissertation according to the problems existing inside the central heatingsystem and the key energy-saving technique application in heating reconstructionsystem for proposal, which includes that the heat resource change from coal to gas, thetechnique application of smoke recycle facility, the application of weathercompensation and variable frequency pump, the pipe direct burying method, theheating measurement reconstruction on terminal customer side and the establishmentof automatic monitoring system in the whole project.Based on the real heating system energy-saving project of Beijing Post University,this dissertation makes the application of the main energy saving technique andmeasures on the reconstruction, the coal-gas change of heat resource could use he plantof coal boiler house, and in light of the heating load the boiler numbers is5boilerswith the capacity of14MW per unit, and by the specification selection of smoke recycleutilization facility to the unit boiler the heat exchanger size is confirmed accordingly.Based on the comparion of different network burying method and the heat losscalculation of direct and turnnel burying, it proposes the determination that it isoptimum selection of the direct burying. Meanwhile, for the special characteristics ofbuilding of university, it adopts the control method by different district, avoid thewaste heat, so as to achieve the purpose of energy saving. To the end user to heatmetering reform, in order to improve the user subjective energy saving consciousness.It also creates the automatically control system afterwards to put the control offractional substation, pipe-network and customer together inside the control center toenforce the global dispatching, monitoring and operation management.This dissertation also make the energy consumption comparison and economicanalysis before and after the central heating system reconstruction. From the result the total investment could save30%, it is found that the efficiency of gas boiler is90.4%which value is much higher than the coal boiler, by the installation of smoke recyclefacility the gas boiler energy–saving efficiency is9.6%, and after reconstruction thegas consumption per unit heating area could reduce by10.3%as equal calculation as thestandard coal consumption, the NO2and CO discharging is reducing92.4%and81.6%respectively, the CO2annual discharging could decrease also13.1%, and the solid waterannual treating is decreased5799t.To sum up, the reconstruction of old central heating system for energy-savingcould improve the heating efficiency, reduce the environment pollution, saveinvestment and bring other positive economic and environmental benefits with the bigvalue of promotion, and it could also provide the ueseful reference to theenergy-saving reconstruciton of central heating system in Beijing and other districtsaround.
