Research Of Safety Performance On Machinery Manufacturing Enterprises

Machinery safety is the basis of manufacturing relies for survival and development,involving various sectors of national economy and people’s safety and health.Safety performance is the effect of enterprise safety work,reflect the enterprise’s ability to control the accident risk,on how to improve enterprise’s safety production performance in recent years,become a hot spot.Tianjin Binhai new area has a machinery manufacturing company,enterprise safety performance is studied after survey of the previous injury accident case.In this paper,the main content includes:1.Deeply understand the characteristics of machinery industry production and the cause of the accident,and the safety management is very important to the prevention of the accident,after go to the enterprise for safety production daily check for many times.Determine the research performance evaluation and how to improve safety performance.After the analysis of domestic and foreign relevant industry performance indicators,using literature precipitation,it is concluded that safety performance indicators,a total of 9 first-level indicators,31 secondary indexes.2.In order to establish the index conforms to the condition of the enterprise itself,take stamping accidents as an example in machinery industry,by analyzing the stamping MORT structure,found that stamping accident should focus on the content of the management are already included in the list of performance indicators.So the establishment of the index conforms to the actual management needs.3.Using AHP-fuzzy mathematical analysis,performance appraisal to enterprise safety.Through AHP determined the index weight.Then use fuzzy mathematics method to examine the safety performance of the whole enterprise,and determine the level of the safety management during the outstanding,good,medium,low comments for the enterprise.Finally on how to improve enterprise’s safety performance,from safety and health training,work safety supervision and inspection,the safety management organization and system construction,management commitment,personal protection-mechanical equipment-the working environment five aspects to give the opinions.
