| Line 1 and 2 of Beijing subway are the earliest subway in our country. Its safety has not been fully and thoroughly evaluated because of high cost in totally update and the perfect record of non-fault until now. The safety hidden troubles caused by overage facilities gradually increase and the adjustment of the traffic structure calls for more to the subway operation, so it is very urgent to redefine and evaluate the safety situation of Beijing subway in order to carry out some more measurements to improve the safety management of Beijing Subway.Basing on the safety system engineering theory, real situation of Beijing subway and learning from the safety evaluation systems of other subway in some developed countries, this paper establishes Beijing subway safety evaluation system by taking MORT method. And it notarizes the weight of items by Analytic Hierarchy Process, then uses Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation method to evaluate the signal subsystem of Beijing subway. This is a practical applying of Beijing subway safety evaluation MORT system. |
