The Protection And Reuse Of Industrial Heritage In Songyuan City Jilin Province

Industrial heritage as an important part of the world cultural heritage,witnessed the process of industrial civilization.With the improvement of people ’ s protection consciousness on the buildings,the concept of industrial heritage is fading in people ’ s sight gradually. Owing to the emergence of the industrial heritage and being destructed, the problems of protection and reuse are placed a high value, which become the new hot research topic.This study is the subsidiary item of national natural science fund project that my tutor was participated. As the research object----the industrial heritage of Song Yuan,through the way of collecting and analysising methods that collect data and field survey from the architecture, history, urban and rural planning,cultural heritage and other disciplines to explore Song Yuan industrial heritage protection strategy and reuse method, making every effort for Song Yuan industrial heritage protection and practice to provide certain reference significance.Modern industrialization process has a significant meaning for the process of city construction in Song Yuan,there is a lot of industrial historic buildings that witness the process of industrial development in Song Yuan.They are precious resources of historical culture. Song Yuan relatively complete showed the industrial development in special historical period, which is the typical representative of small and medium-sized city that had energy and resource.First,on the basis that the relevant theories of industrial heritage was summarized through on-the-spot investigation, neaten the historical comb of industrial heritage and illuminates the distribution of planning, the nature of the industry,and status quo of industrial heritage in Song Yuan. Second, a further analysis that the formation of industrial heritage value,established the system of value that evaluation guide from the whole to the local,quantitative analysis and evaluate the value of industrial heritage in Song Yuan, and form reuse mode which distinguish the gradient of protection.Last, this paper proposed the protection list of industrial heritage in Song Yuan, planning the protected areas of industrial historic buildings, and combining with the field situation, take the corresponding protection strategy, to carry out the scientific, technological,creative culture industry and sustainable reuse pattern of industrial tourism, make industrial heritage into the urban overall function, get effective protection in use, reviving the old industrial area and promoting the development of urban sustainability.This paper main innovation point is to fill the theoretic gaps of industrial heritage protection in Song Yuan, completed the work that ascertain the actual situation of industrial heritage, particular proposes the list of protection system,establish the basic framework of the theory of industrial heritage protection,proposes the feasible reconstructive proposals for the industrial heritage protection of Song Yuan.
