Strategy Research On Update Of Urban Old Industrial Area In Jilin Province

As the the urban economic engine,the old industrial area developed due to the development of industry.However,with the development of urbanization,industrial enterprises gradually left the downtown.Therefore it is urgent to be answered that how to reuse the remaining plants,whether to pull down or to reserve,whether to reuse or to protect the old plants.The industrial sites transformation is an important aspect of urban rehabilitation.The adjustment of industrial sites is also an important approach to realizing the urban comprehensive development.In this paper,method of integral update of industrial sites is used to research the update and reuse of urban old industrial sites.Interdisciplinary research method integrating field research,document research and experience summary is used to apply the urban rehabilitation to the update and transformation of the urban old industrial area in Jilin Province.First,concept,category and development history of update of industrial land are elaborated.Theories and research status about update of industrial land are reviewed.A three-layer protection research system of “industrial area-typical enterprises-buildings” is established.Secondly,in the part of investigation,the industrial development of Jilin Province is reviewed and analysis of cultural landscape structure of the old industrial area is carried out in terms of site,buildings,production equipment,waste and scrap as well as landscape planting.The heritage of the old industrial area is also analyzed in terms of distribution characteristics,industrial characteristics,and characteristics of different categories to propose the value of the heritage and problems of update of the old industrial area.In the part of strategy research,the strategy of integral update is pointed out and explained in terms of principle,target,environmental reuse and heritage reuse to summarize strategy suggestions conforming to the actualsituation of the area.Last,an imagination of design on typical enterprises in the old industrial area is given.Select the land of Changchun thermal power I station in the old industrial area of Tiebei,Kuancheng District,Changchun as subject.From the overall perspective,updating methods are proposed for strategy,positioning and layout of the site update.In addition,feasible measures for landscape system improvement are proposed in terms of terrain,vegetation and path..Based on the analysis of investigation of the the urban old industrial area in Jilin Province,from the perspective of update of urban industrial sites,the update strategy framework of urban old industrial area in Jilin Province is established to summarize the update strategy of industrial sites conforming to the provincial situation of Jilin,which has a certain theoretical value and guiding significance for the construction of update and transformation of the urban old industrial area in Jilin Province.
