Fire extinguishing agent of chemical fire protection product is difficult to judge the merits of their quality on site by using the usual inspection methods(such as observation, in-kind matching, etc.) because of its complex components. At present, the relevant national standards and industry standards are no quick, effective and simple method for testing the quality of these products.To effectively prevent people in counterfeiting behavior, the advanced NIR technology is used to effectively improve the technical level of supervision and management for fire protection products. Therefore, the site inspection techniques and application software for fire extinguishing agent product are developed, which has the characteristics of fast, accurate and non-destructive.The software system focuses on fire inspection, testing and management, to the purpose of improving efficiency, detection speed and accuracy, combining workflow of supervision and inspection personnel, in accordance with the object-oriented technology needs analysis and system design and implementation. The parent supervision institution can make convenient, timely and accurate understanding of front-line staff on-site supervision and inspection of the relevant information for fire protection products supervision and management.In this paper, the work processes and functional requirements are detailed analyzed, and each module of software architecture is detailed designed. The developed system is tested finally.The successful development of this system is in line with the quality of on-site rapid testing of fire protection products in mind. The system can be used to provide strong technical support for effective oversight of the implementation of quality fire protection products, which has broad application prospects in the field of fire protection.
