Central hot water unit technology as a kind of air conditioning energy saving technology, the energy conservation and emissions reduction and environmental protection have made outstanding contributions, so common worldwide attention in recent years.On the basis of the existing single heat source heat pump and multiple heat source heat pump technology research, and a single air source heat pump, a single solar liquid heat medium switch type solar heat pump and multiple heat exchanger, the advantages and disadvantages of the composite heat source heat pump, air composite heat source heat pump technology and theory research project is very meaningful.This paper in view of the engineering practice and application of double heat source composite heat pump units in the performance requirements, put forward the concept of "multi-source with cheng", analysis the feasibility of with double source heat exchanger cheng, we design a new type of finned with cheng dual-source(duplex) heat exchanger; Studied the processing technology of the heat exchanger, performance parameters, composite under a certain condition and effective temperature difference in thermal efficiency, implements a working medium in the process of the same unit with a run at the same time the compound use of two kinds of heat source of heat.Paper to ride double source heat exchanger has carried on the theoretical analysis and experimental research, and the engineering type with cheng dual-source central hot water unit system is simulated, obtained within the scope of the effective temperature difference, the biggest in the new process with dual source unit thermal efficiency is 85%. Paper for engineering solar- air with routine double source heat pump water heating system of comprehensive performance has made the comprehensive experimental research and technical evaluation. On the system in a single solar liquid double heat source of heat, solar energy, air source and a single mode of the evaporation temperature of air sourceheat pumps, heat and COP made the contrast and the theoretical analysis and data calculation, engineering type dual-source central hot water unit is verified with composite heat exchange efficiency, energy saving.
