In this period, the thesis analyses the cost control step by step and manages to put forward suggestions within different stages after comparing the target cost with the real cost, trying best to narrow down the gap between the goal and reality. Meanwhile, in view of shortages of those five-star hotel projects in Sanya, the thesis figures out solutions that can be more effective and professional to reduce the real cost and make sure the planned completion of the hotel under the demand of construction cost. This is a profound way to make a high-margin future of the hotel construction industry. Also, this may be considered as a model of construction cost management days later.
