Changchun Residential District Acoustic Environment Research

Residential environment includes natural environmental factors and social factors,natural environmental factors including water,air,sound,light,thermal environment etc.Acoustic environment in residential district is an essential part of the residential environment,acoustic environment has become one of the important indexes to evaluate the healthy housing.The quality of acoustic environment in residential district,directly affect people's comfortable degree.Residential district is the main place for people's life,rest,entertainment,the ideal residential environment should be quiet and comfortable.But the rapid expansion of city traffic and the increase of the noise source,make the acoustic environment in residential district in our country lagged behind.Noise seriously interfere with people's normal life,endangering people's health.The noise pollution complaints has become the first complaints of the city.So it is necessary for us to study and explore the possibility of improving the acoustic environment in residential district.This Paper summarizes the current situation of domestic and overseas acoustic environment;Sum up the effect which noise can cause to individuals and illustrates the type and characteristic of noise.The thesis also give a brief introduction of standard and norms related to Residential acoustic environment in our country.Analyzed and summarized acoustic environment of Changchun City residential district through questionnaire survey of existing residential area.Combined with the actual situation of cold region,to explore some feasible methods to improve the acoustic environment in residential district in severe cold area,proposed reasonable suggestions to optimize the acoustic environment,provides the reference for the design of residential areas in the future,in order to improve the acoustic environmental quality of residential districts in China.
