Discussion On The Improvement And Its Design Method Of Residential District Quality--Taking The Residential District In Hefei For Example

Renovation is the tendency for the development of residential district. The pattern of residential district is bounded by social conditions and it only reflects the social situation and residential requirement of the time that it was built. With the development of economy and culture, the mode of life is changing. The pattern of old residential district can't meet the requirement of new mode of life.This thesis aims at that problem and discusses the improvement of conversational space of residential district.The author studies the factors that affects people's conversational actions from the four aspects such as the space form, the planning of the road, the afforest and the establishment, so as to find way to residential conversational space 's improvement. By comparing the conversational space of residential district founded in 1980's and in 1990's, the author finds problems existed in the old residential district, and takes ShuguangXincun for instance to draw up the improvement scheme. And hopes the studies have some enlightenment on the research of the residential district's renovations.
