| The Chinese Korean ethnic groups is created by the migration people of the Korean Peninsula, who migrated to our country and combine with the local environment to communicate with other ethnic groups, forming a unique style of folk houses. Going through hundreds of years’ integration and inheriting, Chinese Korean people have become an indivisible part of the China’s residential culture. However, under the background of rural transformation, the traditional residents of Chinese Korean groups are subjected to many aspects of impacts, and some of the original features are gradually disappearing. Of course, there are many traditional design methods and lifestyle are no longer suitable to the new era, but there are many traditional elements are passed down. Many new Chinese Korean people haven’t fully considered Chinese Korean groups’ traditional elements and lifestyles when they designing and building their life, which results in many newly Chinese Korean ethnic village become a common village of a thousand. This trend will make Chinese Korean locals gradually lose their characteristics and extinct in the river of history. Thus, under such a historical background, it is worthy of our deep thinking that how to create and design a long-term Chinese Korean ethnic groups.This paper is divided into four parts. The first part introduce the background first introduces the research background, purposes and significance, expounds the research’s object, content and method and then analyze the research status of home and abroad. The second analyzes the traditional residents of Chinese Korean ethnic group, introducing its history of moving into our country and its distributions, and then illustrates its uniqueness and merits from the external shape, plane and spatial characteristics. The third part introduces the background of rural transformation and some related policies, analyzing the groups characteristics and changes in this historical period mainly from the aspects of general layout, plane type, facade shape, structure and materials. The last part explains some related theories of long-term construction, making an analysis of the long-term principles and feasibility direction on the Chinese Korean ethnic group, and what’s more, it points out some low technology and effective designs, making some analysis and prospect under the background of village transformation. |
