Steel frame structure has a high degree of flexible space layout,assembly,construction speed to save time,safe and reliable structure,as well as good overall performance,are widely used in engineering practice.In steel frame structure,using semi-rigid nodes connection in the form of a steel frame structure with good mechanical properties,increasing its application in engineering practice.But this kind of structure steel usage is bigger,higher cost factor is one of the important factors that restrict its application.Therefore,through the research on its optimized design,on the premise of the safety and durability of the guarantee maximum save steel consumption,lower the project cost is of great importance.Through extensive research literature,this paper compares the variety of the structure optimization of several commonly used in engineering optimization problems related to the characteristics of the optimization algorithm,according to the characteristics of each algorithm and study in this paper,the problems of eligibility,selection of neural network algorithm as the optimization algorithm of tool in this paper.Through literature,understand the basic concepts and basic working principle of neural network algorithm,and briefly introduces the common neural network corresponding to the structure of the artificial neural network,through the investigation and research has data analysis function of ANSYS finite element software,ANSYS is chosen as the structure analysis software tools,and by using MATLAB as a neural network algorithm implementation of software tools,through the combined use of ANSYS and MATLAB optimization design research work.This article selects four layers with support for optimizing the design of frame structure as the research object,and six kinds of the location selection of structure and load conditions of different component of the cross section size and rotational stiffness of the semi-rigid nodes as optimization design optimization variables,the minimum of steel weight of the structure as the optimization goal,with constraintstress constraints and deflection as constraint condition of optimization design,based on the different stiffness of semi-rigid node configuration design two optimized design scheme,structure analysis function and optimization function of ANSYS is used to calculate each optimization design example corresponding local optimal solution,with ANSYS to calculate the local optimal solutions as the data source of MATLAB optimization,neural network algorithm is used to calculate the corresponding optimization method of global optimal solution.Compare the two different optimization design scheme of optimization results,it is concluded that the result of optimization design with semi-rigid nodes qualitative relationship between the circumstances of rotational stiffness.And through the calculation results are summarized in this paper,the optimization design method of application effect.
