The Study Of Town Planning In National Scenic Spot Of Jiangxi

With the continuous development of living standards,the demand for traveling is increasing. The villages and towns within scenic spots are not only the important part of the whole area, but also the natural carriers of eating, living, transportation,traveling, shopping, entertainment and so on.But with the rapid urbanization and the development of tourism, these villages and towns are influenced seriously by city culture. Because of the lack of guidance in construction, they gradually lose local characteristics and attraction, so it is necessary to do some effective guidance.The resources of JiangXi scenic area,which are very representative, are rich with high quality.However, the research on the promotion of the villages and towns within scenic spots is inadequate.Firstly, the study summarizes the samples and researches of the villages and towns within scenic spots all around the world so as to conclude the existing research findings. Secondly, the study states the traditional features and current developments of these villages and towns within different areas in detail. Thirdly,according to the different locating relations between towns and core scenic spots,the study proposes the promoting conception for these towns, which is based on their locating characteristics. Lastly, the study does some field research on mount SanQing, and set the FengLin town, which is representative and promising, as detail example. Then summarize its current problem and make corresponding strategy of industrial and feature development.By related theoretical research and field sample, the study tries to explore the planning method of the villages and towns within the national scenic spots in JiangXi province. Besides, related control and leading content is included in the study. In this way, the corresponding development of the scenic spots and their towns will be improved, which can not only make the scenic visual environment better, but also reflect the cultural identity of local scenic spots, so as to promote the development of township further.
