| In recent years,China has paid more attention on the preservation and utilization of environmental resources,and its policies are made to strive for the environmental protection as well as economic growth.There are 981 scenic spots in China,covering an area of 2.02 percent of the state's total land area.Scenic spots are essence of China's beautiful mountains and rivers.Due to its great role in national environmental protection and economic development,the protection and utilization of scenic spot resources has been the hot topic among many experts and scholars.Planning of the scenic spot is an important part of the protection and utilization of scenic spot resources,among which the complex scenic spot is one of the classification in accordance with structure characteristics.This paper focused on the planning of the complex scenic spot,taking Long quan lake scenic spot as an example,to provide the evidence for the protection,construction,management and development of scenic spot.This paper was divided into following parts:First of all,make analysis on the five planning cases,including Baizhangji Fall scenic area in Wenzhou,Fragrant Hill scenic area in Zhang jiagang,Baiyun mountain scenic area in Guangzhou,Yesanpo scenic area in Baoding and Arashiyama scenic area in Kyoto,Japan,from three following aspects: overview of the project,planning analysis as well as enlightenment & reference,and then summarize their successful experiences: Planning of scenic spots is a complicated process to make analysis and summary based on complex data and to have reasonable utilization of scenic spot resources on the basis of good resources protection through planning.In addition,planning should be combined with its unique landscape characteristics,making full use of their own scenic spot resources and cultural conditions.Meanwhile,to make reasonable integration of scenic resources and effective transportation planning,will improve its overall integrity by connecting each scenic spot.Secondly,carry out the protection and cultivation planning,scenic tour planning and facility planning of the scenic spot,through the comprehensive analysis of the current situation of the scenic spot,the investigation and evaluation of the scenic resources and the determination of its planning scope and nature.It carries on the scenic spot protection and cultivation plan from the aspect of resources classification protection.The planning of scenic spots determines the planning concepts of respecting ecology,inheriting culture,keeping health and leisure,and teaching through recreation and planning themes of Lake tour,enjoying Longquan,Toward Buddha,memorizing emperor Yao.According to the distribution characteristics of scenic spot resources,the planning applies the overall spatial pattern structure of "one belt and four districts".There are five functional areas including comprehensive service center,core landscape area,Buddha culture scenic area,yao culture scenic area and forest recreation area,with a total of 35 core scenic spots.The comprehensive service center is equipped with comprehensive reception service facilities,which mainly provide service for tourists to answer their questions,make guidance,for their short rest and amusement,the ecological parking lots are planned.The core landscape area is the core of the whole garden,including longquan lake and wulong spring.The Yao culture scenic spot is dominated by sightseeing experience,including lotus platform,temple for emperor Yao's mother,longen temple and longquan villa.Buddhist culture scenic spots mainly focus on buddhist culture,including guanyin temple,thousand Buddha caves,xianren valley,the excellence of water;The forest recreation area mainly focuses on sightseeing and forest light sports.Facilities planning mainly includes transportation facilities,ecological parking lots and service facilities.Finally,indicate the overall planning through the drawing,improve the planning of the scenic spot in order to form a more complete planning scheme. |
