Detailed Planning For The Feishanzhai Scenic Spot Of Feishan National Park

With the rise of tourism,scenic spots as an important part of tourism has been widely concerned by experts and scholars.Since the 1980's,the development of scenic spots has become an important means and necessary part of developing scenic spots.In recent years,with the acceleration of new urbanization process and the rapid development of tourism industry,local governments,driven by economic interests,attach great importance to the development and utilization of scenic spots.This paper firstly sorts out the research progress about the scenic spot planning at home and abroad,and further studies the relevant theories,objectives and tasks,levels,contents,resources evaluation and protection,capacity and scale of the detailed planning of the scenic spot.Then the case study of Tieshanping Forest Park in Chongqing,Diaoqiao Scenic spot in Huangshan national park,Lushan Scenic spot,Sunset Cliff Natural Park in San Diego,Yosemite National Park in the United States,ln the detailed planning of Feishanzhai Scenic area,the paper draws lessons from the planning idea of five cases,scenic spot construction,structure layout,resource protection,tour line design and so on.Then the field investigation of Feishanzhai Scenic spot is carried out to analyze the present conditions of its natural environment,traffic environment,residential environment and so on.The scenery source of Feishanzhai scenic spot is rich in kinds,the natural resources and human resources in the scenic spot are very rich,the scenic landscape characteristic has strange stone peak,steep rock wall,mysterious cave mansion,solemn temple and so on.However,due to the lack of development of scenic spots,and the development and construction of scenic spots and poor management factors,some of the source suffered damage to varying degrees.Based on the analysis of the characteristics and development of the scenic resources in Feishanzhai scenic spot,the planning goal and the developing direction of tourism are defined.On the basis of the investigation and analysis of Feishanzhai Scenic spot,this paper determines the nature,planning objective,planning principle and planning concept of Feishanzhai Scenic spot,and puts forward the overall spatial structure of "one Axis and five districts",so as to achieve the sustainable development of Feishanzhai Scenic spot.After that,it carries out special planning for the Feishanzhai scenic spot,completes the protection and cultivation planning,the road traffic planning,the scenery tour appreciation plan,the typical landscape planning,the tour service facility plan,the foundation project plan,the comprehensive disaster prevention plan,Residential control planning and land use planning to complete the construction layout and design of scenic spots.Finally,by highlighting the characteristics and positioning of the Feishanzhai scenic spot,the construction design of the important scenic spot is carried out,and the overall quality of the Feishanzhai scenic spot is improved.In order to promote the development of tourism in Miao and dong Autonomous County of Jingzhou,the scenic spot can make use of its good location advantage and cooperate with other scenic spots in the county area to promote the sustainable development of ecology,society and economy in the county area.
