Yunnan Rural Highway Safety Evaluation And Traffic Security Countermeasure Research

The rural highway is an important part of the highway network in China,and it is necessary to construct the socialist new countryside.Along with the continuous growth of the rural highway mileage and the increase of the amount of motor vehicles,the traffic safety of the rural highway is becoming more and more serious,which has restricted the development of rural areas.This paper analyzes the relationship between people,vehicles,roads,environment and management and traffic safety,rural road traffic accidents and accidents,and puts forward the main reasons of rural public road traffic safety and traffic safety.The results show that the main factors that cause the low level of rural highway traffic safety are the short cut of people's travel,the traffic speed,the bad road conditions,the bad weather conditions and the low level of traffic safety management.To this end,this article through the combination of rural road construction in Yunnan Province,the basic situation,from the causes of rural highway traffic accidents,the current overall accident analysis,from the point of view of road safety facilities to solve the problem,and finally put forward some of the more targeted security facilities set up countermeasures.In this paper,the main conclusions are as follows:First,Yunnan rural roads are often in the mountains,the road construction is weak,the construction of the security facilities,on the one hand,the economic factors,the other is subject to the use of the overall situation and maintenance factors.Therefore,in the process of setting up the security facilities,the main use of low-cost,high security principles for security facilities.Second,in facility specific settings,combined with different materials,through the principle of local materials,the settings of the current highway construction process in the security facilities to deal with specific.This way,from the perspective of economic savings to achieve the current rural road safety facilities,the other hand,also can have more practical function.
