Study On Technology Of Rural Highway Traffic Safety Under The Emergencies

With our economic development, the threat that all kinds of emergencies posed tohumans is becoming increasingly serious. Due to the randomness and destructive to thenormal traffic in the event of emergencies, rural highway emergencies will result in thedestruction of the transportation lines and conveyance, and it will impact on the traffic safetyimmeasurably. It is necessary to implement the guided and protective technology of ruralhighway traffic safety under the emergencies for reducing the emergency impact on ruralhighway traffic safety, reducing harmful levels of emergencies and preventing trafficaccidents.By comparing and analyzing the relevant research data, the paper did research on therural highway emergencies and its characteristics, determined three kinds of emergencies(traffic accidents, geological hazards, special weather)as the main research of the guided andprotective technology of rural highway traffic safety, and build rural highway traffic safetytheory under the conditions of emergencies; Analyzed traffic impact factors of rural highwayunder emergency, constructed safety warning technology under the emergency,and didresearch on rural road safety emergency treatment technique for the three emergencies,proposed emergency traffic organizational strategy; meanwhile, established the evaluationindex system of the guided and protective technology of rural highway traffic safety toimprove the emergency security system, and described the setting principles of index systemand the specific meaning of all the index, put forward comprehensive evaluation method bycombined the improved AHP and generalized function.Based on the above theory-based research of the guided and protective technology ofrural highway traffic safety, take Zao Zhuang for an example, in accordance with the existinghierarchical structure of county, township and village road network, the paper select a sectionas an instance of the implementation of rural highway security guidance and protection, andevaluated the guided and protective technology of this section traffic safety under thecondition of traffic accident, the results show that the guided and protective technology ofrural highway traffic safety proposed by the paper is operable and practical.
