With the gradual improvement of the road network,followed by a significant increase in conservation efforts and scale.If we want to maintain a good level of service roads,extend the life of the road,we must rely on scientific and efficient maintenance and management.The study of preventive maintenance techniques is very important.This paper relies on the subject of research institute of highway ministry of tranaport undertaken.Taking Yunnan province Funing-yanshan Expressway as the engineering,study on asphalt pavement and prevention.First of all,for the investigation of Funing-yanshan highway pavement,combined with the local climate characteristics,detailed analysis of typical types of diseases and mechanism of pavement Funing-yanshan highway.According to the diffreent pavement diseases,analyze the current type,applicable conditions,the treatment effect and the technical characteristics of other commonly used measures of preventive maintenance technology,as the basis to provide correct selection of the appropriate preventive maintenance technology.Secondly,in view of the current China's asphalt pavement performance evaluation system is established for corrective maintenance,and preventive maintenance is not fully applicable this fact.On its basis,through the analysis of pavement performance characteristics,combined with domestic and foreign evaluation to the asphalt pavement preventive maintenance performance,proposes that taking rutting,structural capacity,anti-slide,flatness and breakage as the individual indicators of pavement preventive maintenance assessment,determining its evaluation criteria,using fuzzy mathematical model to calculate the integrated use of pavement performance,and validating by the measured data?Compare and analyze the influencing factors and predictive models of the existing asphalt pavement performance,shows that the use of GM(1,1)model in the case of less test data can better predict pavement performance.Through this model predict and analyze the road's rutting index,structure bearing capacity,anti-slide index and damage index,combined with the aforementioned pavement preventive maintenance countermeasures and preventive evaluation criteria,determine the time and the measures of taking preventive conservation?Finally,to study on Asphalt Pavement Preventive Maintenance micro-surfacing technology.According to the issues those appeared in our country in the application of micro surfacing such as rutting resistance,abrasion resistance and anti water damage ability is poor,short life and the other issues,this paper proposes that using the waterborne epoxy resin as modifier,considering the stability of the emulsion system chose anionic emulsifier for preparing aqueous epoxy emulsified asphalt,studying its application in micro-surfacing and focusing on the road performance and the construction performance of micro-surfacing.Result shows that waterborne epoxy asphalt emulsion can significantly improve the micro-surfacing of the road performance,while both a good construction performance and application of value.
