| The biggest difference between straddle-type monorail and metro is its turnout and vehicles.The performance of straddle-type monorail turnout affects its security,stability,and operational efficiency directly.In terms of the structural safety,this paper did a research on the structural strength of straddle-type monorail turnout,introduced the basic idea of structural analysis and related theories,analyzed the structural strength,tested the strength of turnout with static and dynamic load,calculated its firm manufacturing rail transportation turnout.The main work as follows will be done in this paper:First of all,Established the finite element model of turnout with the FEA analysis software,analyzed the structural strength under typical load cases.As a result,it show that the maximum stress of turnout under typical load is less than the yield limits,the structural strength meets its requirement of design.Secondly,Analyzed the modal of turnout,the low order modal shape of the structural is reasonable,the rigidity and dynamic characteristics meet the design requirements with no resonance between turnouts and the natural frequency of the trains.Thirdly,Based on basic theory of fatigue life analysis,fatigue life of the turnout is predicted using full static analysis method,its fatigue life meet the requirements.Finally,Introduced the test methods of turnout on static and dynamic,the procedures of test,the test date processing and analysis of the results.It came to the results that the stiffness and strength of turnout meet the design requirements in both static and dynamic tests.It also provided date reference for the structural strength simulation analysis.The results of the study have certain guiding significance for the structural strength analysis of turnout. |
