In the field of highway construction in our country,because the long-term backward construction quality supervision system,so that our country has been in a state of highway asphalt pavement shorter service life.In post-detection as the main means of current construction specifications and acceptance,or pre-construction and construction quality problems can not be found,the disease will be nipped in the bud.Especially because the detection means lagging behind,so that the unit owners and regulatory agencies is difficult to distinguish the construction unit to meet the inspection and acceptance of construction and preparation of "false information",which long plagued China's highway construction industry quality management processes.Thus,the establishment of a comprehensive information technology asphalt pavement construction quality control system,has become an urgent task.Construction paper Construction quality control information system for the ultimate goal,Huizhou section of highway expansion project Huishen based projects,based on a large number of test and inspection data on the influence of asphalt pavement construction quality and with a variant of the main technical parameters research and analysis,to determine their level of variability,and to propose measures to reduce the variability of the construction.Of this study is divided into five parts:1.Statistical process control specific content and methods,and statistical process control charts were analyzed in detail,combined with asphalt pavement construction characteristics of the statistical process control limits were analyzed to determine the standards and methods of process control for asphalt pavement construction process quality control provided.2.Raw material variability analysis,research aggregates,asphalt Technical indicators variability,including aggregate gradation,flakiness content,asphalt penetration,softening point,ductility,analysis variation of these indicators and determine reasonable range of indicators,propose measures to reduce the variability index of raw materials;3.Asphalt production process control,asphalt content and 0.075 mm,2.36 mm,4.75 mm,9.5mm,16 mm sieve through rate six monitoring indicators for asphalt production process SPC inspection,proposed grading reduced,asphalt content variation of measures,and by using the method based on the acquired print data stream,mixing plant for the production of real-time monitoring carried out;4.Road molding characteristics,analyze two important indicators of asphalt compaction,porosity,and the use of non-nuclear density gauge PQI pavement compaction process real-time monitoring combined analysis of data variation and degree of compaction affecting factor for compactness proposed Compactness control recommendations;5.Finally,based on the contents of the front,based on wireless transmission technology,building asphalt pavement construction quality of the information the remote control system,the establishment of raw materials,mix compaction process control system for the development of a comprehensive information management system to make a solid theoretical foundation.
