| The advantages of asphalt concrete pavement are its stability,driving comfort,and easy maintenance.Among them,hot-mix asphalt concrete pavement has the widest range of applications.But on the other hand,the construction quality of hot mix asphalt concrete pavement has variability,which directly or indirectly affects the quality of the road and reduces the efficiency of road use.Therefore,it is necessary to make an in-depth study on the variability of the construction quality of hot mix asphalt concrete pavement,and explore ways to solve this long-standing problem.The thesis mainly studies the following contents:1.The raw material variability of hot-mix asphalt concrete was analyzed,and the influence factors of asphalt performance variability were given.The variability of aggregate and the quality of mineral powder were analyzed from five aspects.Starting from the mechanism and classification of mixture variability,the factors affecting the variability of mineral gradation are analyzed,and the optimal design of asphalt mixture mix is given;2.The variability of compaction quality was studied from the perspective of the degree of compaction of hot-mixed asphalt concrete pavement,the influence of factors affecting the variability of compaction degree on performance was discussed,and the causes and improvement of uneven compaction degree were given.Countermeasure,and applying the analytic hierarchy process to evaluate and analyze the effect of uneven compaction of hot-mix asphalt pavement to find out the key factors that affect the improvement effect;3.Combined with the construction process,the raw material variability of hot mix asphalt concrete mixture was controlled.From the aspects of asphalt quality control and aggregate processing technology,the quality variability of hot mix asphalt concrete pavement compaction was proposed.Four-point control strategies such as base leveling and pavement compaction control,transportation of asphalt mixtures,paving and rolling,exit temperature control of asphalt mixtures,and treatment of construction joints.The innovation of the thesis lies in the research perspective of the actual construction quality variability that may occur in hot-mix asphalt concrete pavement and an in-depth analysis.In particular,the technical indicators of aggregates prone to quality variability are analyzed.And targeted analysis of the influencing factors of the variability of the main contents of the asphalt mixture production process such as mineral grading,hot mix asphalt concrete pavement compactness and flatness,and finally based on the influencing factors,put forward corresponding countermeasures,Provides a certain reference for the construction quality of hot mix asphalt concrete pavement. |
