The approach will generate unsteady flow when lock in irrigation or discharge process which has adverse effect for the ship's navigation and anchor.For common lead channel of the double-line locks,the approach channel is wider,when one line lock emptying,it is easy to lead to approach channel flow distribution is not uniform,easy to produce adverse oblique flow and recirculation flow,the impact of import and the safety of ship gate.This paper was based on Feilaixia hub second and third line lock engineering,combined with the physical model test and two-dimensional mathematical model method to double lock filling and emptying approach navigable flow condition and the unsteady flow and flow characteristics were studied.This paper mainly studies the influence of the main and guidance wall on the navigation flow condition of the navigation channel in the channel of the common approach channel.Is also studied under the guidance of channel arrangement type and different lock operation,drainage channel unsteady flow propagation characteristics and rules,explore unsteady flow on navigation flow condition of the main factors,optimization double lock lead channel arrangement and lockage dispatching operation mode and put forward scientific basis in order to ensure the safety of ship lockage.The main conclusions are as follows through the research: 1? Through the analysis and comparison indicate that the mathematical model and physical model research results are basically consistent,all can correct reaction of water movement law of mathematical model and physical model research results.2?The long and reciprocating flow formed in the approach has a higher influence to the water level.The near the distance from the gate,the greater the impact was.The far distance from the gate,the smaller the impact was.3?When the lock was filling and emptying,the greater the water depth,the approach peak is smaller;the smaller the depth was,the greater the peak was.4?The current distribution of the lower channel is closely related to the plane layout of the leading channel.For Feilaixia ship lock,The navigable flow distribution is relatively uniform,and the condition of the flow condition is better when the upstream and downstream approach channel guidance wall length of 20 m and the angle between the guidance wall and the center line of the channel is 16.
