Research On The Construction Of Fine Cost Management Systerm For Long Span Bridge

With the rapid development of social economy,the construction of bridges industry growing in our country,bridge construction enterprises are increasingly fierce competition.In the fierce competitive environment,to strengthen the cost management of bridge construction project is an important way for enterprises to achieve profits.But at present,the cost management of the long-span bridges in our country is still in the stage of unclear position,unclear responsibilities,unscientific management methods,low level and extensive cost management.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out fine cost management for the large span bridge engineering project.Aiming at this problem,in the paper,the fine cost management method is introduced into the large span bridge engineering project cost management construction process,To establish the concept of fine management as a guide,accurate,subtle,quantitative cost management philosophy,depending on ABC cost,target cost,responsibility cost and other advanced fine cost management methods to support,depending on cost forecast,cost plan,cost control,cost accounting,cost analysis and cost assessment for content,realization of the rational allocation of resources,continue to reduce costs,improve overall economic efficiency as the goal of the cost management system.The first part of the paper mainly introduces the research background,purpose and significance.because at present,the research on the cost management system of long-span bridge engineering projects is relatively small,this paper mainly through the combination of transportation industry and the construction industry on the current project fine cost management research status were analyzed.The second part of the paper mainly studies the long-span bridge fine cost management related theory,,and focuses on the process of fine cost management,the scope of the large span bridge,as well as the fine cost management method of activity-based costing(ABC)and the German cost accounting(GPK),in order to establish fine cost management system laid a theoretical foundation.The third part of the paper mainly introduces the large span bridge at present the main mode of cost management and cost management process,and summarizes the existing problems in the cost management of long-span bridge.The fourth part is the core part of this paper,mainly from the features of theconstruction of long span bridge engineering project,discussed the design idea of the cost management system,framework design,evaluation of system operation effect,and separately from the fine cost prediction,fine cost plan,fine cost control,lean cost calculation,fine cost analysis and cost of fine assessment six aspects describes the mode of operation of the cost management system.The fifth part of the paper study is mainly aimed at the application of the organization,regimes,the operation mode of the cost management system,and the effect of the application evaluation,the evaluation result is good.The sixth part of the paper is a summary of the paper,and points out the shortcomings of the paper and the direction of future improvement.
