Research On Capacity Analysis And Improvement Of Bulk Grain Logistics In A Company Of Tianjin Port

With the comprehensive development of China district economy, oil industry in China is increasing by year to further improve people's life by agricultural and food processing industry. Based on the background of bulk grain logistics development, this thesis combines with the development trend of the global bulk grain supply to carry on the preliminary forecast of the international bulk grain supply demand for the next few years. Based on a detailed introduction of a company in Tianjin Port, this thesis analyzes the company capacity in the following aspects: berth carrying capacity status, the shore handling equipment status and bulk grain ship status and prediction. We analyze the bulk grain handling ability of the company according to bulk grain handling operation status, bulk grain handling operation process as well as the basic problems analysis. At the same time, the thesis gives an analysis of the company in warehousing, distribution status and existing problems.The SWOT analysis method is further used to the development of grain logistics handling capacity in this company of Tianjin port. An affirmation and scientific evaluation are given to the development advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats and so on. A series of management calculation methods are used in analyzing and forecasting the port bulk grain throughput in Tianjin Port and this company. With the combination of internal and external objective factors, we get to know the problems in bulk grain logistics handling capacity after promoting effect. Combined with the problems we found, manufacturing procedures are discussed, as well as the validation of the prompting effect. According to the company's bulk grain logistics throughput analysis, it can realize a transit of Tianjin port into the international important bulk grain logistics and accelerate to an international bulk grain logistics center as well as a regional bulk grain trading center.
