As an important part of large-scale manufacturing enterprises participating in market competition,warehousing and logistics industry is playing an increasingly important role as an important means to enhance the competitiveness of manufacturers and shareholders' profits as China's economy develops rapidly.In response to the huge potential of the current automotive repair market in Northeast China,a car company has established a service to secure the car brand customers and strive to attract more car owners in the maintenance system of its authorized dealers.The strategic goal of quality as a competitive advantage is expected to extend the competition of the automobile company from the manufacturing technology advantage to the automobile aftermarket for a long period of time in the future.The Harbin Warehouse Center participates in the aftermarket competition under the company's grand strategic goal.It must become an important weapon.Based on the above relevant background,this topic is to solve the main problem of logistics distribution of Harbin warehousing center of F company as the intervention point,and carry out research on the subject through in-depth investigation and analysis and formulati on of effective solution strategies.The main research contents are as follows: Firstly,through in-depth understanding of academic issues and research directions in the field of warehousing and distribution at home and abroad,combined with the current st atus of logistics distribution in Harbin warehousing center,it is found that the current academic field is insufficient for the research and development of post-sale parts logistics of traditional automobile enterprises.Secondly,through on-site field research,a company's Harbin warehousing center distribution center and its transportation and distribution network,combined with the company's strategic goal of warehousing and distribution expectations,combined with on-site sampling data,pointed out that Harbin warehousing center in the transportation and distribution process of the four major The problems to be improved and solved urgently;based on the basis of on-site research and analysis,four strategies to meet the company's strategic objectives for Harbin warehousing center are proposed: transportation aging improvement strategy,transportation cost reduction strategy,transportation loss reduction strategy,transportation and distribution The mixed-package improvement strategy;finally,in order t o ensure the smooth implementation of the formulated strategy,safeguard measures are formulated from the aspects of system security,process monitoring,organizational struct ure,and information technology.It is hoped that the research of this topic will help F company to improve customer satisfaction in Northeast China.At the same time,it will also provide reference and reference for traditional car enterprises to improve logistics distribution in the aftermarket competition.
