Design And Implementation Of Family Gateway Based On The Technologies Of Zigbee And Bluetooth 4.0

In the smart home system, the traditional cable technology can not satisfy people's needs, so it is particularly important to wireless communication network. There are more and more wireless communication technologies, especially the 2.4 GHz frequency band wireless technology research. For example, Zigbee technology and Bluetooth technology, etc.In this paper, we put forward a wireless home gateway, which is the fusion of Zigbee technology and Bluetooth technology, and which is based on both the technologies' advantages. The design of the system includes two aspects of hardware and software. In the aspect of hardware, CC2530 chip is used for Zigbee module, and CC2540 chip is used for Bluetooth module, at the same time, there are some other peripheral circuit, including power circuit, rf circuit, etc. They are hardware platform for the wireless home gateway. In the aspect of software, we make application development by Zigbee protocol stack of TI, and form the Zigbee star network, and we combine Zigbee protocol and Bluetooth protocol, and they are embedded in MCU. Finally, on the Android platform, it realized the real-time display of temperature data.After we finished the home gateway, we tested and analyzed it by the temperature node. The results show that the system can monitor the parameters of temperature, so we achieved the expected design goal, and it has a certain practical value.
