Study On The Optimization Of Production And Management Of The Fourth Construction Company Of Hebei

Construction industry belongs to the acc ident-prone industry likely to bring individuals, companies, and our country with serious losses, and therefore the production management of safety presents noticeble necessity and importance in construction enterprises. This thesis, as an ex ample, comparatively comprehensively and deeply probes into the questions of th e safe construction and m anagement of the fourth construction enterpri se of Hebei, and suggests some valuable perfection measures.Firstly, thesis analyses the work characteristics of construction enterprises, namely noteworthy congestablity of ti me and space, protruding manual operation, high-place work, and frequent environm ent transferring and so on, and on the basis of which it introduces the theory basis of safe construction management, mainly including risk-factor theory of construction, safety system theory, saf ety cybernetics, safety information theory, and Dupont’s management idea of safety culture and so on.Secondly, the thesis systematically analyses the situations of the safe construction and management of the fourth construction enterprise of Hebei, namely,(1) in the safety cybernetics, which analyses the corporate organization structure of safety management, On-site safety production m anagement organization of data standardization,On-site safety production m anagement system, civilization construction, Safety training education and construction of civilization sites, inductr ial injury insurance and emergency rescue, and its ‘Ten Safety Ideas’ and so on, and(2) in the risk evaluating and predicting, which m ainly analyses the ap plication of direct judgm ent method and safety check list m ethod, and(3) in the sa fety management informatization, which mainly analyses the present construction on saf ety management information system, meantime, it raises some main problems relevant to safety m anagement on the basis of above analysis.Thirdly, with the safety m anagement theories and the practices in the fourth construction enterprise, it analyses the m ajor existences and causes of the cooperate safety construction and m anagement, including,(2) in th e safety cybernetics, which lacks of dynamic safety operations and proced ures, of all-side on- site standardization safety management, of the applicability of the standardization manual of construction management, of powerful execution in safe ty management standardization, and of deeply safety civilization construction, and(2) in th e risk evaluating and pred icting, which presents the singleness of risk evaluation models and m ethods, and the applicability of risk evaluation m odel, and the weakness of predic ting function of risk evaluation system, and(3) in the infor mation system of s afety management, which presents the unreasonable orientation of the safety information management, of being lack of deeply processing of the safe information, and of excessive weakness of information system functions and so on.Fourthly, it puts forward some concrete proposals how to improve and optimize the cooperate safety construction m anagement, namely, and(1) the safety cybernetics should be optim ized, including the im provement of m anagement process standardization, the improvem ent of operation process st andardization, the improvement of safety check process sta ndardization, and introducing Dupont’s safety management pattern, and(2) it should in troduce the risk evaluation m odel based on Extension Theory, Value at Risk, and C onditioned Value at Risk, and guide safe management to risk management mode, and(3) it should strengthen the modularization of safe ma nagement information system, the comprehensive information processing capability of the system, and the functional design of systematical predicting.Finally, the thes is basically analyses the applications of staged achievements having been studied in the com pany, and summarizes the shortages and expectation of this research.This thesis m ajorly adopts the system atic approach and com parative studying method, and the study design basically abid es by the general study mode of posing problems—analyzing problems—resolving problems in managem ent thesis, and the conclusions present a certain replicability and reference.
