| This dissertation mainly deals with the development work of a new-type palletizing device to satisfy the requirements of automated production of battery manufacturing enterprise. The overall structure and end effector and control system are researched deeply by analyzing the production status and palletizing requirements of enterprise. The following are the main contents. The gantry rectangular coordinate structure is determined as the final overall structure plan by comparing a variety of structural schemes. The drive scheme and transmission scheme are decided to make sure the palletizing device can completely meet the requirements of movement, and the strength of kernel part is analyzed.According to the difficulties and technical requirements of palletizing the special battery box, the ring groove shape vacuum cup with mechanical protection device structure of end effector is projected. It can maximize the effective adsorption area and prevent battery box fall off and ensure production safety.Programmable logic controller(PLC) control system is proposed according to the electrical control technology. The hardware system is designed, such as distribute I/O pots, design circuit and so on. Using modularized design method, the main program of PLC is programmed by Ladder-Diagram programming language. The software development work of man-machine interface is completed by the Win CC Flexible configuration software which was developed by Siemens. On the basis of the mechanical structure design criterion, the virtual prototype of this new-type palletizing device is established by the 3D design software of Solidworks. The movement performance of the device is verified by motion simulation, which provides certain reference for its engineering application. The research results can realize the cooperation palletizing between large span battery production lines, and solve the key problems such as pick and place the specialized battery box and motor control, which have important practical significance for reducing the production costs and increasing production. |
