Winding of coil is a key link in the manufacturing process of large power transformer.The coil winding which is tighter and more regular can improve its mechanical strength and the anti short circuit ability.The automation of the whole equipment and production efficiency is low.Therefore,it has great significance to develop a large transformer winding machine with excellent performance.Baoding Tianwei Zhuo Chuang Electrical Equipment Technology Co.Ltd.entrusts this paper to design high efficient and stable large transformer winding machine.This paper mainly researches the key technologies of the winding machine spindle technology;the relationship between the force of the winding and the winding quality;the control of the pressing force.The design scheme of large transformer winding machine is based on the principle of coil winding and the technological process.The scheme includes mechanical structure and electrical control.The complex structure of traditional transformer winding machine is simplified.And this study increases the stability of the motor which be started and stopped.What's more,it also can ensure elastic degree of coil in winding process better.The types and parameters of the main functional components of the key parts of the large transformer winding machine are calculated and selected.The key part includes the main shaft system and the pressing device.The pressing device of the winding machine can effectively improve the tightness of the coil winding by provide clamping force to the coil.The static analysis is carried out on the core components of the winding machine,and the structure optimization is carried out based on the analysis result by ANSYS.Horizontal and vertical force will be change with the increase of the number of layers and turns in the process of winding forming.From the experimental data,we find that the coil winding clamping force has a maximum value and a minimum value.And when the winding clamping force is proportional to the number of layers and turns is the most reasonable.Large transformer winding machine have been completed which accord with the design requirements.It can make close and regular transformer coils.
