Summary of research results, analyzes the shortcomings of the current building construction quality management.Followed by discussion of how to apply BIM technology in modern construction quality management, refine their application advantages and actual results. BIM technology has some excellent features, such as an integrated technology, construction management information co-operation, visualization and other features, integrated feature information can construction project systematic control; construction management collaborative features can be fused to various professional requirements, to conduct operations; visualization features to improve communication effectiveness management and construction personnel, and ultimately achieve the goal of reunification, so as to ensure the smooth implementation of the project.Finally, regarding BIM technology in the use of modern project management to explain the situation. BIM technology combined with the establishment of a quality management model framework. By analyzing the actual project, combining three-dimensional collision detection technology and technical tests, to establish a highly efficient quality control platform for BIM features full digital technology, building integrated building information model among the data to ensure that the construction has to follow every, thereby greatly enhancing the level of construction development, conserving resources and protecting the environment.
