The quality is the goal which the production enterprise diligently strives for,along with the domestic Highway enterprise’s rapid development,in the rapid construction simultaneously the quality safeguard is also very important.National policy advocates a resource-conserving and friendly environment,while improving the quality of production benefits is also the protection of resources and environment,which is in line with the sustainable development of the national urban construction needs.In recent years,the level of domestic construction has risen markedly,but there are still many deficiencies in the management style,which has influenced the improvement of quality because of unreasonable management.The common problems of traditional quality management methods are the backwardness of construction technology,the confusion of construction site management,the imperfect quality information archiving,the ominous details of drawings and the difficulties in File information inquiry.In the face of this situation,it is very important to improve the project construction management mode.Today,the design of BIM technology in the field of engineering flourish,is a new era of the development trend of project applications.In this article,first of all,the current project quality management has done a lot of literature research,the study found many deficiencies in traditional quality management,reference to the current construction phase project management plan.found that the project has more references to the BIM technology,in the project life-cycle BIM widely used in the construction management phase of BIM technology and the application of BIM technology and the future development trend for the following management system to provide a theoretical basis for the study.Secondly,it establishes the road model based on BIM technology,and benefits BIM software related advantages,such as Civil3 d,Navisworks,Revit,Citymaker and so on,according to the design-construction integration requirement.These technologies are embodied in the construction quality management,which fully shows the practical value of BIM technology.Finally,by analyzing the requirement of management system,the target of the system is established.Developedthe construction quality Management system of the browser/server mode(b/s)structure management system,Java language and ActionScript language,SQL Server2005 database system,combining the BIM technology effectively with the computer,and combining the actual engineering,The application of the management system is tested,and the applied value and results of BIM technology in project construction management are obtained.
