The construction quality of construction projects directly affects the service life of the project and the safety of people's lives and property.Traditional construction quality management technology has many problems and shortcomings in the process of construction quality management,such as lack of overall grasp of the project;construction quality management relies heavily on construction technology;quality management conflicts with cost and progress management process,etc.As a new construction site management technology based on Building Information Model,BIM technology has been widely used in construction engineering.The purpose of this paper is to apply BIM technology to the construction quality management of construction projects,combine BIM technology with traditional construction quality management technology,and complement each other in order to solve the above quality management problems in the construction process of construction projects.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,the basic theory of construction quality management is studied,and the main problems of construction quality management at the present stage are summarized.Secondly,the system theory and main implementation tools of BIM technology are studied,and the related characteristics of BIM technology and its main application in construction engineering are analyzed.Thirdly,the implementation strategy and application process of applying BIM technology to construction quality management are studied.The organization and application program of construction quality management theory which combines BIM technology with traditional construction quality management are designed.The construction quality management system based on BIM technology is constructed.Fourthly,taking project A as an example,the specific application of BIM-based construction quality management system in project A construction quality management is studied.Establish the BIM model and quality management implementation process of Aproject,and apply it to all stages of A project.Comparing the implementation effect with the traditional construction quality management technology,good quality management effect has been achieved.Finally,this paper studies the deficiencies of BIM-based construction quality management in the application of construction quality management at present,and puts forward suggestions on the main research contents and trends in the follow-up.The conclusions of this paper are as follows: First,the construction quality management based on BIM technology has obvious advantages in such quality management links as technical submission in the construction process,drawing review,construction scheme preparation,construction process simulation and visual inspection of construction quality.It makes up for the problems existing in the traditional construction quality management technology in the construction quality management.2.At present,BIM technology still belongs to the category of emerging technology,the industry standards and norms are not perfect,the application of quality management is not mature,and further research and practice are still needed.
