Scientific evaluation of the quality of traffic control operations in air traffic control is the premise and key to determining the control operation strategy,thereby improving the control operation status and avoiding unsafe incidents.With the rapid development of the civil aviation industry,the challenges facing the air traffic control system are also increasing.For example,traffic congestion,increased control load,and increased difficulty in control will affect the operational quality of the air traffic control system,and the operational quality can be counterproductive.Can aviation activities be carried out safely and efficiently? Therefore,studying the quality control technology and methods of the air traffic control service process is an effective way to meet the actual needs of the air traffic control and promote the scientific development of the air traffic control,which has theoretical and practical significance.After analyzing the status and progress of the quality evaluation of the ATC service process at home and abroad,this article focuses on three aspects.First,on the basis of studying the air traffic control service process theory,from four aspects of human-machine environmental management combined with field investigation,expert consultation,questionnaire survey and other means to determine the operation economy,operation safety,operation efficiency,and operation load in four dimensions The quality is evaluated and determined.Secondly,the air traffic control system and the entire operation process are briefly introduced,and the air traffic control QMS requirements are analyzed;on the premise of theoretical research,the operation economy is combined with the Fuzzy-ANP quality evaluation model to calculate the operational economic evaluation score;secondly,the air traffic control system is established Safety quality index system,based on the fuzzy gray element model to evaluate the quality of operational safety;then establish an air traffic control efficiency index system,use principal component analysis and hierarchical clustering analysis method to simplify the index,use gray clustering to complete the evaluation of operational efficiency SPSS data analysis software realizes the result calculation;finally,the controller’s workload is judged based on the existing face recognition technology,and the controller’s workload prompt system based on the human eye closure time is designed to prevent the regulation caused by fatigue work Reduced quality.The results show that the multi-dimensional index system and evaluation model established in this paper can better meet the quality evaluation requirements of the ATC service process through evaluation.
